Why it works

“Let’s get started”: first name, last name, email, an optional phone number and a country, before a single question has been asked. Most ScoreApp quizzes ask for contact details at the end, once the visitor wants their result. This one asks first, so it gets the email even from people who drop out halfway. The fine print says the report comes “along with relevant business tips and events”. Unlike every Dent workshop form, the phone number is optional.
