Key Person of Influence free workshop (Dent Global) — a Webinar funnel teardown

Every one of the 188 ads live on Daniel Priestley’s Facebook page on 5 October 2026 sold
this funnel, in two forms: a live Zoom workshop, and a recorded “masterclass” that most of
the “workshop” ads actually land on. The live session runs twice on one day, and the ads
present it as three regional events, each page showing only its local time.
This is a light card. Every form asks for a mobile number, which this capture didn’t enter,
so the funnel stops at the filled-in registration form. The thank-you page, the SMS and email
reminders and the workshop itself are still to capture. The GamePlan call at the end is the
same one the Key Person of Influence scorecard offers its
qualified leads. Whether workshop registrants are sent there too is presumed, not seen.
Funnel canvas — drag to pan, scroll or use the buttons to zoom. Each node links to that step's page.
The live workshop runs twice on 7 October, and the ads sell it as three events: an EMEA page, an APAC page and an Americas page, each showing only its own local time. The copy stays British, so ads to Sydney and New York still talk about a “£10,000 offer”.
Most of the “workshop” ads open a 40-minute recording behind an instant-access form. Some are headlined “Free Live Workshop” or “Free 60min Workshop”. The word workshop does the selling whichever page you land on.
Every front door asks for the same thing: a required mobile number, with consent to SMS and WhatsApp marketing. What follows is presumably sent to that number, and it is the part this capture could not see.
The page says it is not for anyone still trying to hit their first £100k, but the form asks nothing about revenue. The sorting happens later: the KPI scorecard offers the GamePlan call only to $100k+ businesses that say they can invest.

On a computer this funnel opens as a canvas: every page at full length, side by side, with the arrows between them and the moves that make it work. A phone screen can't hold it, so here it's a list.
